Insurance: We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

The product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of shipping charges and no extra charges shall be levied.

You shall be intimated of delay in dispatch, if any.
Most domestic orders are delivered within 3 to 5 days from the date of dispatch. However, this is only an estimated delivery time. In situations your order is delayed beyond 5 days due to circumstances beyond our control we shall ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

We are unable to redirect orders once the products have been dispatched.
If the order is cancelled, lost or UN-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount.
If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Further the shipping cost for return of any product/order shall be borne by you and the same is not reimbursable to you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For deliveries outside India, shipping charges would be payable over and above the cost of the product one intends to purchase. The cost of shipping the said Product to your choice of destination would be displayed separately and distinctly during the check out process.
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Ltd.” through “www.stylishmob.com” Return, Exchange and Refund Policy (“Policy”) offers you the option to return or exchange product(s) purchased on/from our website within 7 days of receipt of the product(s). However, our Policy only extends to products which have been sold to you directly by us and/or through our website and does not extend to merchandise sold by the Vendor directly and/or by a third party.
This Policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions and Quality Check stated below.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- In the event you are not satisfied with the product(s) purchased by you, you may return the same and obtain a full refund for the amount equivalent to the cost of the Product(s) in your Credit Card account, or have the said Product(s) exchanged subject to the shipping cost to be borne by you. However, the amount refunded shall be exclusive of the Shipping cost and Customs duty/statutory payments, as the case may be.
- Should you choose to exchange the product(s) for reason of mismatch of size and/or colour and/or upon receipt of a defective item, we will replace such product(s) subject to the shipping cost to be borne by you. However this is subject to availability of the item in our stock. Once the seller receives the original shipped item [the returned Product(s)] a new product as per the required change shall be reshipped to you subject to the shipping cost to be borne by you.
- In the event the Product(s) do not suffer from any defect, mismatch of size and/or colour and/or any other ground stated herein, you shall not be entitled to a return and/or exchange the same.
- The process to return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product(s) and we must receive the same from you within 15 days of receipt of the product(s) by you. In the case of a product of which a refund is demanded from you, we shall be intimated with regard to the same within 7 days of you receiving the Product(s) and we shall be in receipt of the Product within 15 days of you being in receipt of the said Product(s).
- Once we receive your product(s), we shall conduct a quality check (the terms and conditions of which are listed below) of the same to determine if the same fall within the definition of the term “Defective” and are therefore eligible for return, refund and/or exchange.

- Reason for return and the description of the defect.
- In the case of returns, the amount of the Product so returned by you shall be credited to your Card account using which the transaction was initially completed, within 30 days of us receiving the said Product(s) and subject to the same clearing our quality check.
- If the product(s) sent for refund or exchange does not pass our quality check, in that event you shall not be entitled to a refund, return and/or exchange of the said Product(s)and the same shall be returned to you subject to Shipping Costs, Customs Duty/Statutory Charges (if applicable). Upon the Product(s) being rejected for refund and/or exchange, we shall, within a period of 5 days from the date of such rejection, intimate you in writing the reasons for rejection along with the detailed break of amount to be paid towards the charges mentioned hereinabove and the time period within which the same need to be paid. Once the said charges have been remitted by you to our account, the Product(s) shall be returned to you forthwith.
- Products that you may wish to return, exchange and/or demand refund thereof, shall always be in new and unused condition with all the original packing, original tags still attached and packaging intact. The said Product(s) shall be clean and shall not have any stains and or sweat or odour. The Product(s) shall not be worn and or otherwise tampered with.
- In case you had purchased a product which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, the Product(s) shall be returned along with the free gift in the event you fail to return the associated product/free gift, the cost of the same shall be deducted from the cost of the Product(s) so returned (refunded amount).
- All custom made, personalised, semi stitched Product(s) which have been specially ordered cannot not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances and you shall not be entitled to any refund for the same.
QUALITY CHECK:
Before we initiate a return, refund or exchange for a product termed to be defective, a quality check of the product(s) shall be conducted. To ensure your product is eligible for return, refund or exchange. Kindly ensure that the Product(s) reshipped to us is:
- unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you.
- in their original condition and with all original tags still attached and packaging intact (for e.g. Dresses must be packed in the original box, packaging and returned). Products that show signs of usage or are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
- If your return includes, belts and/or designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags, kindly return these as well.
- All footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
HOW TO INITIATE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS:
- You may return or exchange a product by writing to us at support@stylishmob.com. .
- Once your request for return or exchange is processed, our customer care executive shall provide you with a Return/Exchange ID.
- If you are returning/exchanging multiple products from a single order, you will receive a separate Return/Exchange ID for each item. However, you can ship all the products delivered in a single order in a single shipment.
SELF-SHIPPING:
Returns and Exchanges are available only if the products are self-shipped to us. A Pick Up facility is not available.
- Kindly pack the product(s) securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- We shall bear no responsibility for product(s) lost or damaged in transit.
- Please pack the product in its original package with any accompanying tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, leather tags and the original invoice/bill received by you.
- Once we receive your parcel containing the product(s) to be returned, refunded and/or exchanged, you shall receive a confirmation of the same.
